At Astra Impact, we stand by our mission to help change lives and make a difference in the world.  We are committed to always going above and beyond for our clients, to have fun and be happy doing so, and to change the world by helping Fitness Entrepreneurs scale a successful online fitness business. A Fitness Entrepreneur who has learned to scale their impact on the world is an Astra Impact Entrepreneur.

These are our principles that we live by, internally with our team, and externally with our Entrepreneurs: 

Astra Impact Entrepreneurs are business-minded and understand that their ideal business model involves a subscription service where workouts, mindset training, and meal plans, are never static, but rather, evolve and change regularly to keep up with their clients' changes. Evolving programs and continuous value justify a recurring membership, which produces better results for the end client, more income for our trainers, and allows our Fitness Entrepreneurs to positively impact more people at scale.

Astra Impact Entrepreneurs believe that their clients deserve more than a digital handshake and a PDF. In addition to a program that grows with them, our Entrepreneurs believe that their clients deserve high value communities, access to regular Live Q&As, regular communication, support, and more! They deserve their trainer's attention to what really matters - inspiration, aspiration, meaning, and mindset. These are key aspects that change behaviour. This high-level coaching comes only from a Fitness Entrepreneur who knows where to focus their time; on producing content that matters, at scale.

Astra Impact Entrepreneurs are always empowered to run their own businesses, which means creating and promoting the type of programs which they believe in! Whether that's Olympic, HIIT, free weights, calisthenics, circuit training, Yoga (of any style), home workouts, strength and conditioning, training for a marathon, skill training, and any other type of training that you can think of! In addition, dietary options can be just as varied: vegan, vegetation, dairy free, gluten free, lactose free, pescatarian, ketogenic, etc. 

Pricing and plans can be weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual subscriptions... or simply one-off pricing at any reasonable price point that our trainers want to offer.

Astra Impact invests heavily on best practice education and access to some of the greatest business minds in the world, and part of our commitment is to pass this knowledge onto our trainers so they can make the best possible business decisions. Our three leading partnerships include: MacroActive, Duda, and Stripe.

Astra Impact Entrepreneurs are focused on growing their business into an asset -- a TRUE asset -- as opposed to a business reliant on collecting pay-checks from 3rd party branded posts. We personally feel this is the most exciting part of what we do, second to the impact our trainers have on people's lives... However, building an asset that will be worth something requires keeping your hands on the steering wheel.

Astra Impact Entrepreneurs understand that their business is their own responsibility. They are responsible for the entirety of their business including taxes, VAT, and paying their staff and suppliers. 

Astra Impact Entrepreneurs are equipped from the get-go with many frameworks and digital toolsets to help scale their businesses. One such framework is MacroActive; a platform which allows our Entrepreneurs to provide personalized programs for customers, effectively improving the customer experience while enabling limitless scalability.

While highlighting the many moving parts in your growing business, such as MacroActive, the Astra Impact Entrepreneur accepts responsibility for their business and the relationship between their business and the people they train. Astra Impact Entrepreneurs know they are responsible for their business and the services they provide. For example, cancellations, refunds, terms and privacy policies, and adherence to these policies are the acknowledged responsibility of an Astra Impact Entrepreneur. They have read and edited these policies and understand what they are promising to their clients. They document their expectations of staff to adhere to the published policies and regularly check to make sure that their staff are doing what they are supposed to do... Like any responsible business owner.

Astra Impact Entrepreneurs often find themselves making more money than they ever had imagined possible. Those who treat this rare opportunity with professionalism and diligence are those who become more than a quick flash in the pan.

We are incredibly proud of our Astra Impact Entrepreneurs and consider them all to be a part of our family. Trainers who do not share the same values in our mission or create an unsafe environment for our team, members, or clients, will not be tolerated. 

Astra Impact has a zero-tolerance policy for threats. We will remove any trainer who we deem to be an unsafe member of our family. We expect all Astra Impact Entrepreneurs to always be respectful and do the right thing, while having fun, being happy and making a difference. 

At Astra Impact, we absolutely love the clients we work with, and enjoy spending our days helping them grow their businesses, helping change more people's lives. We are proud of the Fitness Entrepreneurs who have created online careers for themselves and look forward to continuing to help more Fitness Entrepreneurs bring their businesses online in the future.
